What is your return policy?

Slight variations in handmade items are expected due to their unique nature. Such variations in color, size, or design are inherent to handmade items and are not considered defects. Therefore, all sales are considered final unless a request for return/refund meets the following guidelines:

*A request for a return/refund must be submitted by contacting us through our website within 10 days of receipt and will only be accepted for items that are damaged upon arrival or significantly different from the item description.

-If damaged upon arrival, please provide an image clearly depicting the unopened item along with the damaged shipping packaging.

-If the item is significantly different from its description, please provide an image of the item you received in error.

We will respond within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, we will provide the buyer with return instructions and we will cover the cost of shipping. Once the returned package is received at our facility and verified, we will provide a full refund via the credit card used at the time of purchase.
